1. General Terms
1.1 The information provided on this website is for general guidance about our corporate gifting and promotional item services.
1.2 All content, including images, descriptions, and product showcases, represents our offerings and past projects. Customization options are available upon request.
1.3 Quotes and orders are processed based on specific client inquiries and custom requirements.

2. Pricing and Quotations
2.1 Quotations are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
2.2 All prices provided are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly mentioned.
2.3 Changes in quantity, design, or specifications may result in revised quotations.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 A 60% advance payment is required to initiate an order.
3.2 The remaining 40% balance must be paid before dispatch or delivery of the goods.
3.3 Payment methods accepted include NEFT, RTGS, and UPI.
3.4 Orders will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written confirmation via email or purchase order.

4. Customization and Sampling
4.1 Customization services are provided based on the client's requirements. Ensure all details, such as designs, colors, and quantities, are accurately communicated.
4.2 A sample can be provided before bulk production and is chargeable. This cost will be adjusted in the final invoice if the bulk order proceeds.
4.3 Changes to confirmed designs or specifications may impact costs and delivery timelines.

5. Quality Assurance
5.1 We maintain high-quality standards in all our products. However, minor variations in color, size, or material may occur due to production processes and are not considered defects.
5.2 Approved designs or specifications provided by the client are the client's responsibility. We are not liable for errors in such submissions.

6. Delivery and Timelines
6.1 Delivery timelines are shared upon order confirmation and depend on production schedules.
6.2 While we strive to meet delivery commitments, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, logistics issues) will be communicated promptly.

7. Cancellations and Returns
7.1 Once an order is processed and production has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted.
7.2 Returns or refunds are not available for customized products unless they are defective or damaged during production.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All designs, logos, and content provided by the client for customization must have proper authorization.
8.2 GiftAway retains the right to feature completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 GiftAway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or delivery of our products.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or adjustments based on mutual agreement.

10. Website Use
10.1 This website serves as a portfolio and informational platform. External links, including to our IndiaMART store, are provided for convenience and are governed by their respective terms.
10.2 Unauthorized reproduction or use of website content, including images and descriptions, is prohibited.

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Raigad District, Maharashtra.
